Well, then…It’s been at least a week since I’ve last posted. Not too much good stuff on other than repeats.

Anyhoo, this week saw the final episode before the final episode of The Sopranos, and holy cow, was I surprised. The logline read: “A case of mistaken identity.” Immediately, I went to the internet and read the rumors. Tony will be mistaken for someone. Meadow will be shot in Tony’s car, and the list goes on. The “mistaken identity” thing was a little disappointing and boring. Phil Leotardo, the new boss of the New York Family, had a hit out on him, and instead an old man dies.

The shocker was that Bobby Baccaleri is shot to death, and Silvio is critically injured and expected never to regain consciousness. Also, Dr. Melfi, for some reason gave in to peer pressure and resigned that Tony is indeed a sociopath…

I have to admit, this current season hasn’t been one that was especially entertaining or at least action packed. It bordered on a little lame, compared to prior seasons. But my prediction for the end is that the Family will end. Tony will die. Phil took out the two highest in Tony’s Family, Bobby and Silvio, and who else would keep the family going? Phil said it, it must end. And I believe it will end with Tony. How else would they do it? They certainly wouldn’t leave it open-ended as they have been known to do in the past.

Just have to wait and see. One more week…
