Is it just me, or did Adam Sandler all of a sudden get HOT?

Here’s the skinny:  I have plans to see You Don’t Mess with the Zohan with D tonite.  It’s pretty much a standing Friday night date. that we have.  Dinner and movies.  And D has been SUPER okay with seeing whatever I want to see (he’s even MORE okay with it when what I want to see just so happens to be what he wants to see).  So, yes.  We’re going to see Zohan tonite, and I can’t tell you how excited I am.

Now that you’ve checked out the trailer, aren’t you just as excited as I am?  It looks freakin’ hilarious.  Don’t get me wrong.  Adam Sandler has always been funny.  And he’s loyal.  Rob Schneider has been in all of his films.  Talk about movie solidarity.  AND they’ve always been great in their movies together.  But yes, Adam Sandler is one funny mother fucker actor.  And is it just me, or did he get really hot for this movie???

I like Adam Sandler being the funny, wise-cracking, psuedo-attractive guy who always gets the girls, but for some reason Zohan makes him look 10 times what he normally does in every way possibe.  Maybe it’s just me.  Maybe I’m appreciating him more.  Maybe it’s that dance he does on the ledge or in the helicopter.  I just don’t know.  But he’s got me noticing.  Coule be the hair… Well, maybe not.   Either way, it’s caught my attention, and we’re going to see it tonite.

I can’t tell you how many movies I’ve seen on opening night over the past couple of months.  Being that it is a standing date between D and me, I think it’s safe to say that 85% of the movies we’ve seen have been on opening night.  And of course, it will just continue with the summer of movies that are coming up. (Dark Knight, which is that new Batman movie, AND Heath Ledger’s last movie… ever.  Yeah, that one’s gonna be crazy opening night.)
