I’m fairly certain there must be a link between House and Buffy that I’m clearly missing. This has been brought to my attention before, and I’ve considered it, but this weeks episode of House really brought the idea home.

I want to thank Holly who posted on the Marc Blucas on House post this week for pointing out that not only was Azura Skye who played pre-cog Cassie the main case, but her mother was played by Carolyn Lagerfelt who also took the role of Spike’s mother during the same season of Buffy.  You can also find Carolyn as a cupcake lady in an episode of How I Met Your Mother.

AND they both had accents. I was a little thrown by this, but it worked, and they are both incredible actresses.

Seriously, if anyone knows about the link between the two shows, I’d like to know where it is. Also, if there is a link, perhaps a James Marsters cameo can be made. *wink wink* (I’m shameless, I know.)

Speaking of JM, his new cd is going to launch October 27, which (at the moment I am writing this) is tomorrow.  Happy early birthday to me!
