FOX announces May Sweeps…

…and Drive is nowhere to be found.  After only 3 episodes, Drive was promptly removed from the Monday night lineup on FOX.  Instead, Monday’s will include special encore episodes of House, which have been successful in this slot in the past.

Nathan Fillion spoke about the recent axing of this show joking that Tim Minear was the problem.  Nathan Fillion + Tim Minear = cancelled show.  Just look at Firefly…

But all joking aside, despite decent ratings Drive has been cacelled.  However, there is talk of airing the remaining episodes during the summer.
